DENTO FACIAL ORTHOPAEDICS

This eleven year old boy was treated with a non-extraction technique by a General Dental Practitioner. He was actually on a waiting list to have premolar removal prior to retraction type Orthodontics.

The parents concerned for his well being sought a second opinion regarding his treatment, and on further consultation decided on non-extraction therapy.

Treatment time up to the second portrait picture was 15 months!

removable orthopaedic
appliance (Schwarz)

followed by 9 months
of removable functional
appliance (Bionator).

As you can image, both the patient and his parents are delighted with the results of the treatment.
